The Healthflex centres have been established to offer patients a comprehensive approach to healthcare in a professional yet comfortable and relaxing environment for treatment.

Our clinicians are experienced in their individual fields and they have developed the services to incorporate a wide variety of multidisciplinary treatments. These include sports injuries, podiatry, massage, aromatherapy amongst other alternative therapies.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our marathon runners this year. For those of you that didn't know, poor Heidi suffered a fractured ankle during a hockey match just prior to her England trial. Sadly this put her out of the running for an England spot and out of the Brighton Marathon. She is back up and walking now and is hoping to complete a charity challenge later in the year. Nikki Dyer completed London in 4hrs and 20 minutes so well done to her and thank you to everyone who supported both her and Heidi through our Charity Evening.
