Penny is a Modern Pilates Advanced Professional Fitness Instructor having qualified in 2002. She now runs her own classes at various different locations. Prior to this in 1983, she qualified as a nurse at St. Georges, London and went on to be a sister at Atkinson Morley Hospital in Wimbledon.
